With a career spanning over 3 decades, Nadean has supplemented hands-on clinical and administrative experience with education in Business Administration and Marketing. With an unrestricted Real Estate license, her unique skill-set offers a realistic approach, creative strategies and practical solutions to professionals in transition to achieve their goals. Nadean has built solid relationships with professionals in private practice as a respected practice valuator, practice management and transition coach. A regular contributing author to journals as an educational advisor on business planning, management and transition for Spectrum Dialogue, TeamWork, the Journal for the Canadian Academy of General Dentistry, and the Journal for the Canadian Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise.
